My biggest worry with plant based diets is not being able to hit my protein goals everyday and in turn having my progress slow. So I’ve been researching plant based protein sources, here’s some that are easy to get your hands on and incorporate into your meals:

• Pea protein powder

The protein amounts given are PER 100g of the food. 100g of these would be good amounts for meals with the exception of protein powder which 30g would be the correct serving size.

One thing that can always make my soul feel alive is watching those around me grow. I LOVE hearing the stories of others personal journies and watching them grow into who they are meant to be. From finding self confidence, believing in yourself, finding balance, gaining control over your health, or just getting up and looking the mirror and saying "I can handle this" is a life achievement. 🥀I've always admired dancers, it's like watching a piece of art come to life. I've taken a few classes here and there over the years but nothing consist. So I decided to start dancing a few minutes a day as a way to step outside my comfort zone and just have fun! Dancing can be so healing for the mind, body and soul. (I haven't danced in YEARS...wait, the Cupid shuffle still counts!!👏)

This is day 2 & 3 put together- basically the same thing over and over. If you didn't  know, I like to keep record of my progress with everything as a way to keep me accountable. Also, when I'm feeling defeated it's great to look back on to visibly see growth; not only in strength but in confidence. Let's see how long I actually stick with it 😂🤗

. -  The strangest thing in the world to me is that I literally know people that sleep for 8 hours a night and wake up tired. Something is wrong! Seems like half the world is depressed and on some type of pills that big pharm likes to shove down everyone's throats. Meat and dairy industry spends billions for commercial advertising for foods that are killing us! Or making us just sick enough that we then start taking the pills from the big pharm companies. OPEN YOUR EYES all they care about is your money. They want us divided because as long as the people don't come together against them they remain in power. You gotta eat every single day, do yourself a favor and eat for your health. 🌞#likemotherlikedaughter I wanted to share this  because  sometimes what your body & soul craves is a little dancing! Dancing has always been my outlet, although I haven't truly danced in about a year and half. When I'm feeling at my lowest, I tend to stray from the things that keep me grounded and actually help me. (I'm working on that)

So, after picking up my kids from school, my oldest daughter was in a funk. When we got home, I turned on the music and we just danced! What you don't see is my son outside the window dancing along too 😂
.
For that split moment I stopped over analyzing dancing and the chaos of the day. I was in mom mode and did something I knew she would love to do with me. Dancing is huge in my family and sometimes in the cycle of life we forget to just Chuck the stress in the bucket and just have fun for a minute. .

Dancing is one KILLER work out and it's SO good for the soul! Turn on some music and dance!🌟💃🕺
