You saw me try this and fail last week. I rested, recovered and worked on the lockouts with the overloaded deadlifts with the bands. A few more days rest and 💥💥💥

If you didn’t see my stories this Sunday, i keep it basic for legs: pre exhaust the legs with leg extensions and leg curls then move on to #skwaats .
Work up to a max on the squat and then drop it to a lighter weight, either rep it out for 20 reps or do some pause reps. Its easy to rep it out when your not faitigued, but doing it at the end will test your #testicularfortitude#thepunisher
