Always hit your triceps from different angle. Exercises like pushdowns are sick for the outer head- the horse shoe you see in the pic. But to really build mass make sure you include overhead tricep movements like DB extensions- go heavy on these but with caution lol cus otherwise them elbows will need some WD-40 #thepunisher #triceps

From an upper body workout earlier today:
• 2 exercises for chest, back and delts
• 3 exercises for arms

Workouts like this allow for higher frequency, because i’m not completely beating the muscle up, I can repeat a variation of this workout 3 times per week. I do this in addition to a typical 4 day split routine so 7 days on no days off. Obviously i listen to my body and will take the occasional day of if i feel extra beat up and focus solely on recovery but for the most part i sleep and eat well enough to train 7 days a week non stop #loveit #thepunisher
