I cannot believe this dream I started to envision 1 year ago is finally in motion.🇬🇧 I couldn't be prouder of the women I have come to adore and bond with over the last 3 days.

We finally had a touch of whether under 90 this weekend, which has my longing for cozy sweaters and winter boots.
To all the moms out there who think everyone else has it figured out...we do not.
We All lose our patience.
We All order pizza even when we have a full fridge to cook because we just can't make dinner some nights.
We All Love our families, and that is the most important thing.💗
I would like to say the picture on the left is from before my coaching journey began. 🙁But that's not the truth.
It's actually from about 1 year ago, right before I started #coredeforce and re-committed to my own fitness journey, Not just helping others with their's.
I have had amazing results with the programs I am proud to represent, but even coaches get off track. This pic was after about 5 months when I just couldn't get my mindset right.
I doubted my abilities as a coach, and I gave in to comfort food because I figured I already looked gross, why not just eat it anyways. #truthisntpretty
💗I speak to those moms out there who have felt like me- like this is it. This is who I am now.

I assure you!
Not just because we have to get down to some ideal weight, but once I started with that mindset with my fitness and my food it carried over into so many aspects of my life- my business, my marriage, and with my kids.
💡When my fitness and mindset are on point, my business and home life are on point!💡
I really realized that this year with recommitting to personal development every morning before my workout and the change of me is so transparent. •
