Cooking a quick Plant based meanwhile waiting on my next pescatarian(fish) meal to thaw. I’m still avoiding chicken(personal preference). I started at 4+yrs ago 170lbs, my highest weight was 215lbs. I’m currently 210-211lbs. Nothing to it but to stick to it! Grateful for my Herbalife Nutrition products that ensure I get the other nutritional requirements my body demands for performance.
