Yoga this morning as I listen to a podcast 🙌🏻❤️
Somedays you have to listen to your body more then follow the workout calendar 📆. I was planning on doing 30 min of Cardio but woke up stiff and sleepy 💤. After warming up left over K-D for my 2 year old who insisted that was what he wanted for breakfast-🤷🏼♀️( not worth the fight!!) I rolled out the yoga mat, put my ear buds in and got my stretch on!

When I lost the baby weight I was over joyed! But what I gained from being in an accountability group filled with like minded people was so much better then the weight loss 🙌🏻
I made new friendships, learned how hard I can push myself, I learned how to cook!!( well I can still use help but I'm on my way lol), I became self employed and I'm loving every minute!! .
I created a tribe of ladies who also stepped outside their comfort zones and joined me in the journey of coaching. Together we can take on anything!!!! I am either in the car or teaching a class until 2:30 today so I packed my snacks so I don't turn Hangry 😬
Using these containers is SO EASY!! Takes all the guess work out of my nutrition. Day 2/21- Upper body Fix
After what felt like the longest weekend of my life..lol I am ready to take on the week. Day 2 of 21 day fix is done before 6am!! .
As much as I hate the first 10 minutes of the early mornings I love have my workout done before 6:30am and then I get one on one time with my Mr Myles before everyone else wakes ups. That's when all hell breaks loose! 🤣
Working out with a busy toddler is not always ideal, but when it's the only way to get it in you simply deal with it! .
Today my workout was later because I got to sleep in🙌🏻( 7:15am is a sleep in right..??lol) I still hit play as soon as I was up and moving because I know myself! If I don't do my workout as soon as I wake up I'm not gonna do it!! .
Today Mr Myles wanted me to work harder- lol he some how rewound my workout mid move. He really just wanted my phone ! Lol 😂

My girl and I had a mini shopping trip today!
Planning out what we could get the little ones in our family and maybe even finding a few things for ourselves:) With Christmas right around the corner the mall was CRAZY! So much easier dealing with crowds when it's just us girls. .
Time away from the boys is good for our girly hearts 💖

I absolutely love using my cute coloured containers!! Kicking it up a notch next week and dialling in on my nutrition. I'm starting 21 Day Fix with an amazing group of ladies tomorrow! .
I have now completed 4 one week programs and I feels good to say I have!🙌🏻 I was looking for short quick wins to motivate me once again to work on me. Now I'm ready to commit to 21 days!! .

I gave everything I had to my children today and I loved every minute of it. .
I am finishing my day with my daughter having half my clothing, my favourite comforter and Mr Myles asleep in his big boy bed with my pillow. 🤷🏼♀️
I spend so much time getting ready to get ready in my business! Filling out my planner, making list, planning new challenges. I think we all do that in one way or another. It could be starting a new fitness routine or trying out a new hobby. The secret is always to simply get started💛

I doubled up my workout yesterday so I could sleep in today! Lol The 4am wake up calls are getting to me! .
It was so nice to stay in bed until 7am!!! Thankful for my hubby❤️But I am really looking forward to waking up early tomorrow and hitting play! .
Who would have thought I would be excited to wake up so early and workout!?!? Not me! That's for sure. I use to sleep until the very last minute before Myles came into our lives. I would then rush out of bed and rush my daughter off to school then just sit and watch Netflix all morning until I went to work at 12! It shocks me how much time I wasted!!!
Now I have a workout in, breakfast, kids and hubby feed and lunches packed, 20 minutes of Personal Development listened to and working on helping others reach their health and wellness goals all before 9am!! .
When I first started with my post baby journey I felt 100% defeated. .
I was the girl that was suppose to be fit, the one that was suppose to feel comfortable in my skin. I was so far from it! I put on 30lb with Mr Myles and I'm almost sure 10lb was from cookies 🍪- lol .
We all say it- it took 9 months to put the weight on, it will take some time to take off. But let's be real- I wanted it off ASAP!! I was due back to teach in 6 weeks and I wanted to feel somewhat comfortable in my workout cloths in front of the class. .
With a new born at home and very little time for myself I decided to give this at home workout thing a go. I can truly say it has changed my life! And I 100% mean it. This picture here is from 2 rounds of 21 Day fix. I lost 7 1/2 inches and 17 lbs! Not only did I lose that baby weight I gained an on line Family. A group of like minded ladies all trying to become the best version of themselves too. It was just what this lonely mama needed! .

Go grab two paper plates or even rags and give it a try. Pull your knees into your elbows fast then slowly bring them back together. We did two rounds of 15 today and I could feel it!! .
This new program I am doing this week is really working! I can feel my core still from two days ago and my gluteus 🍑and hamstring are SO sore from yesterday's booty workout. I am crazy excited to dive into the full 80 day Obsessed program in Jan/18! Until then I'm hitting up 21 Day fix then 21 day fix extreme to prep me for it. .

I listen to all my Personal Development books. I find it so hard to find time to read without noise distracting me. .
I just finished Braving the wilderness by @brenebrown and I absolutely LOVED IT! There are so many aha moments that shocked me. She talks about having a strong back, soft front, wild heart. Here's alittle from her book-
" All to often our so called strength comes from fear not love. Instead of having a strong back many of us have a defended front shielding a weak spine. In other words we walk around brittle and defensive trying to conceal our lack of confidence . If we Strengthen our backs, metaphorically speaking, and develop a spine that's flexible but sturdy then we can risk having a front that is soft + open."
Yup! That hit home!!
Let's talk today about what we believe, we achieve! If we believe we can't do something , we won't be able to do it well. If we believe we'll crush it , well we're going to knock it out of the park!
So today I challenge you to stand in front of the mirror and say out loud..."I WILL, I CAN- JUST WATCH ME! .
You may feel silly ;) but I promise you, believing in yourself and setting your intentions for the day make all the difference!
