Elbow extensor fun! Training triceps and the rest of my concentric elbow extensors with dumbbells rather than a bar allows me to adjust for shoulder asymmetries. A little extra elbow extensor strength also helps when shoving myself up and over a wall at @spartanrace, performing #pushups#burpees or any other pushing exercise that calls on elbow extensors. #Unstoppable#TrainSmart
