This was harder than it seems. My wrists weren’t great fans of the position on the bar but it was pretty fun and definitely challenging to the upper body and spinal stability. #Unstoppable #headband #training .

Elbow extensor fun! Training triceps and the rest of my concentric elbow extensors with dumbbells rather than a bar allows me to adjust for shoulder asymmetries. A little extra elbow extensor strength also helps when shoving myself up and over a wall at @spartanrace, performing  #pushups #burpees or any other pushing exercise that calls on elbow extensors. #Unstoppable #TrainSmart
