#Tuesday#tip dip into something new 94% of what we do is routine and familiar and trying something new can be daunting. But pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones is good for our mind and body. And there is something wonderful about doing something new. It can be something simple like swimming in the sea or going to a new yoga class. Research shows that people with more experience memories are happier and the experiences can be simple - like the new bootcamp I tried on a local park or when Kev swam through the sea to the boat through jelly fish that was a life experience! But after a day of rest and few yoga stretches to warm up, my body loosened up. When your a bit addicted to #exercise like me it is easy to over do it, but you get better results if you listen to what your body is telling you! The early bird trying to get #abs of steel with the hex #weightlifting bar. After decades of going to the gym I was in a rut and seeing no changes, so I have started #pt sessions, today he introduced me to the hex bar which enables you to lift more without putting pressure on your lower back and strengths hamstring, glutes and abs. Even as a self #motivated person PT has really helped reenergise me and can take you one step further and is #inspiring . And even though it's an investment, I juggled things around for PT and would really recommend it to reenergise you. Happy #friday wishing you a #funfit#weekend
