✨P r a c t i c e ✨I have NEVER been flexible. I started doing yoga on a daily basis 5 weeks ago to work on my mobility. I'm feeling discouraged because I feel like I should see some progress on my flexibility by now. But I haven't really documented any of it. So here is my starting point as of yesterday. I know it's gonna be a slow progress but I want this to be a lifestyle for me. I may not be able to see the physical changes quickly but the way I have felt for the last 5 weeks of practice has been magical. I have a clearer mind, I feel calm and focused. I have time to really feel appreciation for all I have. THAT is a beautiful progress. Happy Saturday, everyone ! 💗
🍓🍌🍫Its a smoothie bowl kinda morning! I was craving strawberry and chocolate so why not keep it extra healthy! I am using the @vega_team coconut and greens protein powder. I added strawberry, banana , coconut and cocoa nibs. The simpler the healthier. No need to complicate things. With this recipe you get TWO servings of vegetables and a serving of fruit! Not to mention the healthy fat you are getting with the coconut and the antioxidents from the delicious cocoa nibs. Your body will thank you. Happy Thursday :) 😋
Anyway that I can simplify my week is a win for me. I wanted to throw my favorite ingredients in the crockpot, let it cook for 8 hours and have my meals for the week completed....so that's just what I did! I also added a few simple spices and magic happened. ⭐H i g h F i b e r C h i l i ⭐

Just enjoyed this delicious yogurt bowl after an easy morning flow. I must say this bowl is one of my favorites. Strawberry + Coconut + Cocoa nibs = pure joy!
These past few weeks I have really been focusing on living in the moment. Its so easy to get caught up in life. Just being able to stop and enjoy the time I have in this very moment is so powerful. It cleanses my soul.

I think I'm my happiest on Thursdays! I feel accomplished from working hard all week and tomorrow is Friday! Also, I'm counting down the hours untill my husband gets back. He's been away on business all week and although its been so great to have a break and a week to myself, I miss him an I get bored and the responsibilities pile up. It makes me so grateful for him and the relationship we have built. He is the greatest. #spoiled
I was listening to a podcast about learning to cut out all the toxic relationships in your life and to learn how to invest in the relationships that build you up.
Sometimes its tricky to see the ones that are toxic. Are they negative? Do you feel like your true self around them? Do they listen? Are they happy for you? And it is hard! All relationships have ups and downs...If there are more downs than ups, that is a big sign.
Most importantly practice every single day loving yourself. When you do that you raise your standards and confidence and it will become easier for you. You are soo worth it. #happythoughts#selflove#happythursday
