Final weigh in for the #MANPERSONALBEST challenge! I feel on top of the freaking world!!!!! 🦄✨🦄✨🦄✨🦄✨🦄✨🦄✨🦄 My goal for this challenge was to be 179 by day 60, hell I’d take 179.9! So to only be 1 oz away from my goal is something to be proud about!! Over the course of the last 60 ish days I’ve reduced my intake and tracked my meals using My Fitness Pal, did 5-6 (sometimes 7) days of cardio per week, implemented weights 3-4 days per week and lost 11.5 lbs!! The @mansports products I’ve religiously used to help me get to this point in my journey are Scorch, ISO - Aminos, ISO & Clean Protein, REM PM and occasionally some Game Day and Block Buster when I needed a little extra! I’m still working to accomplish my goal weight of 179 by 10/23. After that, I aim to weigh 175 by mid-November so I can finally buy Bougie her new @roohidesaddlery ! Once I’ve accomplished that goal, I’m shooting to be somewhere in the 160’s by December 13th for the NFR! Literally, if I am 169.9 by December all of my dreams will have come through for 2017! Since I was in the second grade I have struggled with my weight. I found a love for food at a young age and I’m certain it had a lot to do with my parents divorcing at 5 & shuffling between homes. I’d always been pretty active in sports up until college and that’s when my first blow up happened. There were no rules, no self control and no activity (aside walking around campus and to parties), so I drank and ate A LOT to help cope with depression. Fast forward from 19 to 21, l saw a local dr to help with weight loss and got down to 173 lbs (my lowest that I can ever remember being). The pills started to mess with me mentally so I stopped and slowly blew up to about 225 over the course of the next two years. Fast forward to summer of 2015 and there I was on the left in pic 2 & 3😳 The strange thing is, is that the body I saw in the mirror looked nothing like that picture - I knew I was big but I had no idea I was that big! So for whatever reason, I attempted yet another weight loss journey.. I started with Advocare & lost a few lbs then saw a nutritionist and lost an additional 10 and was stuck around 200 up until January 2016. In the beginning of the year I wrote in my goal book that I “NEVER see 200lbs again”, I’ve finally & successfully accomplished that goal. How I have become so obsessed with the gym is still a mystery to me. It’s not a matter of wanting to do it but rather pure discipline and wanting results! I began to shift my focus & get really consistent in the gym a year ago. Since then it’s become a habit and a lifestyle. I will continue this journey well past meeting my goals because I feel like we can never be completely satisfied with our bodies, but that’s its own topic. I set out on the journey to do my horses justice in the barrel pen and although I’m not yet running in the 1D/2D I’m not giving up until I get there. I’m not one for product pushing but @mansports has truly made a difference in my journey and I can only hope everyone who’s struggling finds what works for them. It’s a process! After over eating for 18 years it’s hard figure out how the body works. I slip up on the daily but balance & determination are the keys to success💋

I’m determined to finish up this #MANPERSONALBEST challenge with a bang!! I just completed an hour of fasted cardio, burned over 600 calories oh andddd did I mention I just hit my new low weight! AHHHHH!!!! 😍😍😍
I started this challenge at about 192 lbs with a goal weight of 179 lbs. August 23rd was the date I wrote down in my calendar as my end date and I am so determined to see that number in 5 days!! So even though I didn’t technically meet my goal weight for the challenge I’ve come pretty dang close and I’m literally on cloud 9!! Before summer started I was killing my goals but once summer actually arrived I hit a major plateau and was stuck at 191 for a good majority of it. I’m all for enjoying life and finding a balance, so over the summer I was basically working out to eat and drink. I was frustrated but I wasn’t doing anything to change it and honestly wasn’t planning on making drastic changes until the fall. Luckily, @alexandermccray started this 60 day #MANpersonalbest challenge and it was just the kick in the a$$ I needed to get my sh!t together. I set out on this challenge with two goals in mind - break out of the 190’s & see 179 (a number I haven’t seen for at least 5 years, only because I was taking weight loss pills) and win the MPB Challenge. Although I am not yet at my goal weight I know my goal is in site as long as I keep down the path I am on!! Over the course of this challenge I have spent 2,134 minutes doing cardio (almost 36 hours!!) and that’s not including the time I’ve spent on weights in the gym & riding. Regardless if I win this challenge or not, I know that the woman I am at this very second is my greatest version of myself and the healthiest I have ever been. Words cannot even express how grateful I am for this IG account and all of the beautiful people that have been brought into my life because of it and this challenge. You all encourage me and give me more motivation than you will ever know. Thank you for being honest and raw with your journeys. It’s not easy, but with a community like this I know we can accomplish anything! Keep killing it ya’ll. 💋 #mansports

I used to be the girl who didn’t believe in supplements but after seeing so many fit girls on Insta taking them I thought I should probably give it a try. About a year ago I started to dip my toes into the idea of supplements so what better place to buy pre-workout than good ol Walmart?! Hah PUKEEEE 🤢. I then decided to get a little more legit about it so I bought some pre-workout from an actual supplement store.. it worked and it tasted alright but I wasn’t completely satisfied. For months I’d wanted to buy a fat burner, because hello.. I’ve got a lot of fat to burn, but with how many different brands there were on the shelf I was intimidated and was afraid to spend $50 on a product I’d not be able to sample sooo I never bought the fat burner. ✨✨✨
When @fallontaylor2 started posting about Mansports I was so curious to try this company my idol was raving about, but obviously I was skeptical. There was no way these products could be as good as she said they were. So, I did what my creeper self always does and began to follow them on Instagram, along with a few other team members. I came across a giveaway @team_salmon was having and I entered. I literally had full intentions to unfollow her after the contest had ended because there was no way I was going to win but guess what!!? I won and now here I am 6 months later so completely satisfied with all of my @mansports products and I’ve got an incredible woman in my corner, encouraging me to want to be better!! ✨✨✨
Mansports has been a major game changer. It hasn’t made the fat melt off or the muscles grow like crazy, but it has 100% aided me in my journey, given me more energy than I could imagine and gotten rid of so many naughty cravings. These are all of the supps I’ve taken on the #MANpersonalbest Challenge + REM PM, Block Buster & Game Day. (Not pictured because I ran out 😫). If any of you are on the fence about these supps or this company hop off immediately! Take it from someone with experience & who’s tried 💩 supps, don’t waste your time! Mother Nature has had other plans for my body as I’m wrapping up the #MANpersonalbest challenge BUT I’m not going to let her timing get me down! I’m giving this last week my all - meal prep madness currently going down in my kitchen (photos of my fridge will come shortly because I’m just that damn proud of myself)! If this journey has taught me one thing, it’s to never give up. Honestly, it’s a good thing that it’s taken me as long as it has to get to where I am today. Had I of reached my goal weight just a few months into this, I probably wouldn’t have made it a lifestyle. One day I’ll obtain my dream body, but until then I am going to live in the moment and enjoy the day I am given. 💋

The struggle was REAL this morning!! I legit contemplated going back to sleep but since I told @team_salmon I’d partake in her cardio challenge I felt obligated. She’s over 1,000 miles away and I still feel like she held me accountable this morning. 💛 you for making me get my 🍑 outta bed!! I’m noticing a major difference in my cardio. Doing inclines higher than 9 at a speed of 3 was hard a week ago - like I had to hold on to the bars hard.. This week I’m doing 9 and up with a speed of 3 at ease! CRAZY! It feels so good seeing improvements in my body. Hard work and dedication seriously pays off, don’t give up!! #manpersonalbest #mansports
