This applies to most things in life. Remember back when you were a kid and how difficult some things were and are not now. For me it’s push-ups. They are still difficult, but three years into this I am able to do many more than I could ever before.  I have gotten better! 1. When I was a kid it felt like forever for Thanksgiving. Then those weeks until Christmas would drag on for what felt like an eternity. Now as soon as it’s 11/1 it feels like everything is rushed and in a blink of an eye it’s New Years Day. 
2. Sore throat? Mix water with 2 Tablespoons of Honey, 2 Tablespoons of vinegar, 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix well and Drink!
3. Be grateful!

All week I have been avoiding eating this. It’s a perfectly good salad, but my taste buds wanted something more like my soup. The change of seasons brings about a change in diet. What I really love in a workout is a new move that requires you to use your brain a bit too. We go through workouts sometimes without focusing on exactly what we are doing because we feel like we just need to get it done. It’s important to focus on what you are doing to get the most of it.
